2024 EmpowerLA Youth Conference

Applications are officially open for the 2024 EmpowerLA Youth Conference, hosted by the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment! Young people between the ages of 14-17 from across Los Angeles are invited to apply for this exciting opportunity. EmpowerLA Youth Conference attendees will learn about the history and purpose of Neighborhood Councils, gain a deeper understanding of the laws and policies that govern neighborhood councils, hear from leaders in the City of Los Angeles, and more!
